The location is pretty good, close to a great seafood restaurant and within walking distance of the city center. The building is a bit old school, but good. Parking is easy, you park in the front yard.
There was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom when it rained, despite being on the ground floor.

Room was clean & comfortable, didn't include breakfast (we were on the road again early). Is within easy walking distance of the city centre. The host was very courteous & chatty.
Bed wasn't to my liking, but was fine otherwise

The bathroom was very run down, cracked tiles and fittings were lose or missing, only window to the outside on street level had minimal security
