Good position, 5 min. Walk to City Center. Free Parking, but you need to get the keys first to enter the garage.
Very, very noisy, our apartment was next to the exit, so the people who came home at night, didn't close the door silently. When you want to shower you need to turn on the water heater one hour before.

This property is very well located for walking into the city center. There is free underground parking if you’ve rented a car which is super handy. It’s clean and the check in/check out instructions were good. Beds were good.
It lost points when our daughter’s laundry became locked in one of the wash machines. One of the emergency numbers in the guest book didn’t work at all and nobody was answering at the other number. Nobody got back to us the next morning after opening hours so we called again and they did finally get the clothes out but no compensation for the extra euros we spent trying to open the door.
Only one burner workers on the stovetop, or hob, which made cooking breakfast a stage production. Finally, there are no condiments at all provided here. No tea, no coffee, no sugar, salt pepper. If you are providing a kitchen to tourists, provide minor supplies.

It was spacious, each of the 3 bedrooms had their own bathroom, the location made access to most of Galway a short walk, management was accessible and responsive.
We were inconvenienced for over a day by a lack of water in the bathrooms and two toilets that ran after they were flushed.
