Great location, friendly and helpful staff, nice facilities
Very close to other properties. Our room overlooked a footpath between properties which could have been noisy.

Everything was wonderful with the Smugglers Hotel. I loved the room and slept so well; it was a really comfortable bed and no noise from neighbours or outside the hotel. The decor was nice, boutique-y and the food was excellent. I can't recommend this place enough. The people working there were exceptionally helpful and the owners who I was pleased to meet were delightful. It was a very special place and I have such fond memories of my stay there.

The well come my dog received when I arrived. Water and spare bowl bought up to the room. The lady who did this was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay.
The weather was warm and I had to keep the window open. It was very noisy.
There seem to be a remote control for possible a fan, but I could not find anything.
The breakfast was slightly singed. Was this warmed up from the night before?
