Lovely Hotel, room and food. However facilities such as the pool not available due to reconstruction. The outside rear area was a mess. I am applying for a partial refund as facilities as advertised were not available and we were not informed. I have cancelled our forthcoming stay.
Lack of facilities and no communication.
