Nice large room with additional tv room with a pull out couch which suited us perfectly for our daughter. Comfortable and clean.
The coffee in the room was not good.

Breakfast was good,variety would be better though next time and the food should be hot at all times as well.
My iron was not working but they quickly got me a new one. I ordered room service but they took time to remove the plates outside my door as I saw the plates outside the following day.

Location was good.
I'm a Hilton honors member, have been to numerous hiltons worldwide. This hotel was depressing. We had a family room -- two bathrooms, one with zero toiletry, another had tiny shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, zero bath soaps, inadequate for family of 4. I went down to the main desk, asked the lady in charge - she said she'll send someone over. Hours pass, so I call again and remind them. Yes sir -- still nobody shows up. I think they genuinely did not bother (with other things, like send us someone to help with luggage, someone was up in minutes). Same with dinner - please bring hot milk for coffee... two reminders, coffee is cold, now need to reheat coffee. These are not horrible things, but shows a lack of training and sincerity. Need better staff training. We pay sizeable amounts for Hilton -- expect a very basic degree of professionalism. Why weren't bathrooms stocked in the first place? Overall, good stay, but certainly not Hilton good.
