Really nice buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, yogourt, cheese, cold meats, cereal, toast, cakes and dried fruit, with the option of having freshly cooked bacon and eggs to your liking. All served with a smile.
The hosts and their staff were friendly and welcoming, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property is gated, providing a safe car park and a feeling of security.

Chris was a superb consummate host with excellent attention to detail! I loved the breakfast, with a full range of fruit, cereals, great cappuccino, food was appetizing, wholesome, prepared by Georgina, she is a real gem, friendly and highly service focused, Moira was another staff member who was also very professional and very helpful. Also loved the style/decor of the accommodation and the great expansion plans for the Guesthouse. Looking forward to staying there in the future.
Everything was on point and indeed exceeded my expectations, no dislikes!

Very well decorated and furnished with love for details. They also have heated blankets!
I would prefer if the hotel staff can give some Better tips, what to do in Windhoek. They were not really able to do this.

Generally, comfortable rooms and clearly a lot of effort has gone into the establishment.
There was no hot water during my stay, despite reporting the issue. I had to settle for lukewarm showers (at best) in winter. The coffee pods and the coffee machine in the room were not compatible. Overall, poor value for money - especially for those of us earning and paying in Namibian dollars.
