The homemade granola with blackcurrant compote was delicious. A good contrast of sweet with the sharp berries. We enjoyed the homemade sourdough toast and the cooked Welsh breakfast was also perfectly cooked and presented. A lovely sunny, light room surrounded by the garden. The evening meal was also excellent with a good variety of options with each course. The fish and beef mains were delicious as was the chocolate dessert.
The raspberry dessert didn't meet my expectations. Certainly not as good as my partners chocolate dessert.

The welcome was warm and service was delightful. The property was full of character a charm and the relaxing atmosphere was wonderful.
The celling was a bit low in room 9 which could have caused a nasty bump to the head, but agin it is part of the property’s character, so it did not bother us too much.

The breakfast was amazing .. it really set us up for the day :-)
We also ate in the evening and had the A La Carte menu and had some very tasty dishes.
