Athina was very welcoming and provided exceptional service (and frappes). Rooms were spacious, clean and new. Bikes, umbrellas and chairs provided free of charge. Close to Mytikas Main Street and restaurants.
Bathroom/shower was a bit small but functional.
Beachfront location - actually 150m away from the beach and around 52 stairs to reach the quiet pebble beach.

I stayed in Room 206 from July 25 to August 2, 2026. The double bed was comfortable, the shower was fantastic, the room had a mini fridge, but no safe and a view of the ocean.. There is parking either in front of the hotel or a nice lot across the road that you can park at free of charge. Jorgos, Penelope, Athena and the rest of the hotel staff made me feel warm and welcomed. The breakfast was so good. The hotel is steps from the beach, they have beach chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow as well as free bicycles to ride around. There was also horseback riding off-site that I took advantage of. There are several restaurants and a mini market close by. Monolithi Beach is also within walking distance. Preveza is ten minutes via car. I took a bus from Athens to Preveza so Jorgos was kind enough to pick me up from the station. I really did enjoy my stay and felt very relaxed. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!!
