The suite was really unique and beautiful. The staff was super helpful with planning our time and providing maps and info. We loved the stunning views from the various dining terraces. The restaurant menu had a lot of variety. We ate there four out of five evenings and enjoyed everything. The breakfast was great with both an extensive buffet and a cook-to-order menu. The warm owner/manage, Hakam, and his staff went out of their way to make us feel valued.
The glass bathroom walls, while lovely, didnt afford the privacy we prefer.

The staff were exceptional. Went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The room was comfortable and had everything needed.
I do not have anything that I did not like.

Great location. I could always see Ortahisar Castle. It is located a 10-minute walk to Ortahisar Center.
The toilet and shower were in the same room, but the toilet door was broken and wouldn't close.
