Comfortable . Walkingdistance city center,busstation nearby,great breakfast!

Noisy airco. There was a wedding in the building and the music of the band lasted till 3 (...)am in the morning . Very loud music. This is a management thing disrespecting the hotelguests

Fabulous hotel with a gorgeous view

Lovely hotel! Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed pillows and sheets. Loads of room and the view from the balcony was stunning. We were visiting with our 14 month old and having an indoor pool was great for her with the super hot weather. We would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor pool was great and had a lovely view to the city. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety.The beds were also very comfortable. It was easy to get bus tickets to the city centre from the reception. (Take bus number 3 or 3a to Pile to get to Old town). You can also walk but it takes around 40 minutes.

In order to get to the bus stop you have to walk along a very trafficated way. It was a little scary because there was no sidewalk. The hotel is alos a bit far from the city centre.

One elevator is a problem in the morning, as all guests spread over six floors were trying to reach the restaurant for breakfast.

Great. Perfect. I had already been to Dubrovnik old town so location wasn’t especially important.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I received an upgrade which I really appreciated. Beautiful views, very nice accommodations.

Location wouldn’t be OK for many since it is 1.5 miles from old town. Going and returning via taxi would be expensive and going by bus apparently would take some time.

Clean & lovely view

Location was a bit out of city centre so a decent walk ( mostly down steps!) but hard work to walk back to hotel - take the bus/taxi.

Exceptional

The room was spotless and impeccably clean, which was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable and provided me with a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the choice of movies available on the TV in the room, which was a nice touch and added to my overall experience. The view from my room was stunning, and I enjoyed waking up to it every morning. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Amazing amazing amazing

Amazing hotel, would definitely stay again! Kind and helpful staff, beautiful views from the balcony, comfortable beds, large bathroom, great wifi connection. Our flight was at 8pm, but the staff allowed us to store our luggage for free, check out later and use the hotel facilities all day before we left for our flight. We also arrived very late to the hotel and no restaurants were open, but they provided us with information for ordering food.

The aircon was a little bit confusing for me to use, but not a big deal!

Adria is situated in a good location, it has a magnificent view from the windows. A bit far from the city center but it is totally worth staying at. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help.

Highly recommend.

What a beautiful way to start our vacation in Dubrovnik! Quick, professional check in and a room that had a gorgeous view of the harbour, islands and a breathtaking sunset. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, with a nice little balcony. Breakfast was a buffet style catering to several different styles, and was one of the best we've had in our travels. Free parking right in front of the hotel was a great bonus, and the hotel itself was easy to find on the main road. Restaurants near the harbour are within walking distance if you're fit (over 400 steps back up to the hotel) but the bar in the lobby also did snack food and room service. An extra mention to the gentleman behind the bar who went above and beyond to arrange dinner for us on Christmas evening and even brought it to our room.

No problems at all.

It made my last night in Dubrovnik one to remember.

The location atop the road into Old Town was excellent as we got a great view of the sunset and sunrise. Pity that our stay was only for one night. Also, the bathroom was well furnished with a really cool, wooden floor (or it may have been a high quality laminate) -- perfect for the cold weather. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Dubrovnik.

Garage was tiny so we parked outside on the last free spot which was almost on the road If you’re walking to the city, prepare for a lot of stairs (luckily uber is fairly cheap and fast)

Very good

The hotell was very luxurious and big and tge staffnice and helpful. It had a very nice view over the city and free entrece to the pool facility.The breakfast was great with alot of options.

The pool and jacuzzi was cold. The location of the hotel was ontop of a mountain but there was not many busses that went directly to it so you either had to take 1000000 steep stairs to get up and down from there or you had to run on the highway where the cars are driving since there wasnt any sidewalks builded... the hotell should make sure there is a safe way to get to them without owning a car.

very nice hotel with excellent facilities.

the hotel has awesome views. the property is relatively new and therefore in great condition. the breakfast spread is excellent.

it takes a good 20 to 25 minutes to reach the old town. walking down to the centre is easy hit to get back one has to take a taxi or bus no 3. the bus frequency is once an hour. the staff were brusque. Being in the hospitality sector one has to be courteous.

Everything was great: comfortable bed, modern room, friendly staff and an amazing breakfast. The view from the hotel is not something you find easy! We will be definitely coming back.

The access by car is a bit tricky as the entrance is not that easy to see. Not something too difficult but it needs some extra attention.

Staff were friendly. Nice views as high up but an uphill hike from the port, need to get taxis to and from the old town or a 40-45 min walk (not ideal at night). Good breakfast but difficult to get a table when we arrived and wasn’t clear about the set up.
