Close to bus stop to go to the old town and the port. The bus route is a circuit and runs approximately hourly until late.
It was a 15m walk to nearest restaurant- all stairs so a long hot slog on the return journey back up.
Recommend you buy something for breakfast and have it at the hotel. There is a small fridge so you can keep things cold.

The view is amazing over port Gruz, there is a bus that stops exactly at this location, but it's not very often, maybe like once every 50 minutes, we climbed down by foot to get to the port.
There is air conditioning and the bathroom was clean and the whole area is quiet.
You have the option to make yourself coffee, but that is all there is.
The furniture is outdated and the shower pressure was a bit slow. There are ants outside the room and there is a sign warning you not to bring food inside the room, the ants will come and infest the place.
However I think the price is too high for what it offers.

Comfortable apartment with pleasant harbor views.
There is a bus just outside which goes direct and runs every 20 minutes or so which makes it a very convenient location, easy to catch the bus to and from the old town.
The location is on a busy road but there is no noise within the room, very accessible by car.
Private parking right outside.
The hosts were helpful and friendly.
Space in the room was a little bit tight, nothing else.
