Not recommendable

Aircon in the room; swimming pool (even though we didn't use it)

The ventilator didn't work; the shower was not hanged so you should take a shower with only 1 hand or with somebody else help; there's no fridge inside the room. It's far from the city walls to go by walking. We used the bus. There's no reception desk. We lost some time contacting the owners to check in and check out.

Disappointing

We liked the location because we stayed in this area before.

First, we got told that we can check in earlier or at least leave our luggage. When we arrived, no one opened the door nor reacted to our messages. After I called the Direct Booker Team, it still took the lady have an hour to get out of the house. She excused herself with falling asleep. The room wasn't prepared for the next guests even it was already passed check-in-time. After she changed the bed sheets, I had to ask her to come to the room again to at least clean the bathroom - what she did eventually. Still, the toilet was a disaster, dust on top of the bin and spider webs in the shower. Later in the night, a centipete crawled out of the bathroom and we got eaten by mosquitoes. There are lots of other guesthouses nearby that even charge a few € less and might be better than this one. So stay away or bring your own cleaning equipment with you.

Good value for less money

It was clean, the owners were nice old people and it was very cheap.

We didn’t like the location of the house, they don’t provide private parking and we had to think of one on our own. The communication between us and the house is operated by “Booking.com “ and we had very bad experience talking on the phone with two ladies in the evening, trying to figure out where was the house. They couldn’t help us a lot.

Comfortable and value for money

Located close to big shops was helpful, and a short walk from the port at Gruz

Not the easiest location to find, and is within a block of multiple guest houses.

Well located accommodation to tour Dubrovnik

Excellent accommodation well located at walking distance from the old city of Dubrovnik. The owners are very flexible and even arranged to save a free parking spot nearby when we arrived. We had the cheap little room with no kitchen... but we were allowed to use their private fridge! So this was really a cool experience! Value for money really good.

It could certainly be a little bit cleaner...

Bad

There was no warm/hot water in the whole apartment. Had to take a shower in freezing water, also at night there was no heating available, it was a very cold and uncomfortable sleep. Would recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay in Dubrovnik with swimming pool

Our host were nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, bed was comfortable and the place is quiet. You can enjoy the swimming pool, and god to know, there is two "seats" in the pool with a "jaccuzzi" function. Our room has a little kitchen and a fridge, and had also air conditionning. Price of the rooms is very correct !

I can't tell something goes wrong. But, just to give some additionnal informations : this place is not adapted for disabled people because of the stairs to access appartments. And you have to know this place is not in city center, but you can reach Pile Gate in 20 - 25min on foot (you can also go there in bus). It is not a problem, for us, it was a choice, a good choice !

Great value for money.Amazing pool, patio and hosts

Hosts were lovely, they helped us with everything we asked and gave us lots of space to enjoy ourselves. They even offered us free coffee every time they saw us! Pool and patio area were great for chilled mornings.

the kindness of the host and the family the pool area is very well cared for and that in summer is appreciated

it can be improved a little the furniture was old run down, the bathroom was very small too small
