The host was extremely warm and welcoming, happy to provide assistance based on our needs and willing to communicate and accommodate us proactively. We rented a car locally and returned it earlier than expected; the host gladly helped coordinate and contact the rental company to ensure everything went smoothly.
The hotel is located right across from the bus terminal, making it very convenient to get to both the old town and the airport. The host also proactively shared information on how to buy bus tickets. The room was clean, comfortable, and of a moderate size, allowing us to get a wonderful night's rest after arriving on a long-haul flight that day.
Although the place is a bit far from the old town, it is nicely away from the noise, and boarding from the bus terminal ensures you don't have to stand all the way to the airport. The host even gifted us a handmade souvenir, which we loved.

Close location to the bus, ferry and cruise terminal. Most comfortable mattress/pillows and luxury bathroom/shower of our 8 week holiday. Host was a gem!
