It was modern and all facilities appeared new. Bathroom and shower pressure excellent as was the aircon in the room. Having a fridge and kettle always handy and we particularly liked the water coolers on each floor where you could refill personal water flasks for the day.WIFI was reliable and Ubers very easily ordered. Bus stop just a two minute walk for the 10 minute journey to Pile Gate. Excellent bakery not far past the bus stop.Don’t be put off by not being in the city centre. It’s actually a very handy location.
At breakfast, the staff could have cleared away used dishes quicker and more cutlery provided. There were spoons on the buffet counter for cereals and yoghurts, but only one knife and fork on the individual tables.

Location, the bed was comfortable.
Shower could have being bigger and cleaner. The hotel needs a little paint to make it shine again.
