The food has a variety of dishes, and the staff try to offer and sort out any issues. The location is far from the centre and the beach; you can't swim in this water, but there is still a chance to make a party on the beach at night. All the drinks and snacks are available on the beach.
The beach: I can't swim in it as it is not fit for swimming. Location is far from the centre. the remote TV was not working, and the door of the cupboard was broken. I asked customer service, but they quickly fixed it, but it should be ready before I come.

I always enjoy staying at this resort because I spend my holidays here regularly. I was happy to see the improvements and development since my last visit. The room was exceptionally clean, and the reception staff, especially Ali and Karim, were very professional, friendly, and helpful. They answered all of my questions patiently and made the check-in process smooth. Special thanks as well to the housekeeping team for their excellent work.
Some of the bar staff could be friendlier and more welcoming, especially with non-foreign (local) guests. Also, the staff at the pizza restaurant often seemed unhappy or unfriendly. On one occasion, I heard staff members arguing and using inappropriate language with each other inside the kitchen, which did not create a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

Everything was perfect , and the bed was really comfortable.
Maybe for the breakfast some vegetables like tomatoes, red paprika and cucumber will be perfect.

Massive resort with plenty of pools, a long beach, a decent aqua park and spacious, comfortable family rooms. Ivory Restaurant was by far the highlight, with excellent service from Mr Mahmoud, Mr Emad and Mr Ahmed, while Ossama from housekeeping was also exceptionally helpful. Good evening entertainment and decent Wi-Fi speed when connected.
The “VIP All Inclusive” package was disappointing, with several restaurants, drinks and meals either excluded or requiring additional payment; Floret was chaotic and some staff were unfortunately very rude. We also experienced electricity/water interruptions on three separate occasions — meaning no AC in July — as well as repeated Wi-Fi problems and inconsistent information from reception. Overall, a very mixed experience and I would probably choose a different resort next time.
