One of the best resorts I have ever stayed at in Sharm El Sheikh. The resort is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pools and private beach are excellent.
What really stood out was the exceptional service. All the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The food was great, with plenty of variety, and the restaurants were very enjoyable.

Facilities and Location ,I accidentally lost my phone during my stay, and the team found it and kept it safely in the Lost & Found until I was able to collect it.
As repeat guests, this review is particularly disappointing for us to write. This was certainly not our first stay at Steigenberger; we have stayed here several times over the years and have always recommended the hotel to our family and friends because of its exceptional service, professionalism, and high standards.
Unfortunately, this visit was very different from our previous experiences. It genuinely felt as though there had been a significant change in management and overall service culture, as the hotel’s standards appear to have declined considerably. Most disappointing of all was the attitude and level of service from some members of the staff, which was far below what we have come to expect from Steigenberger.
As loyal and returning guests, we sincerely hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the hotel can restore the level of service and hospitality that originally made us return and recommend it to others.
