The staff were absolutely incredible, facilities were amazing as well as the food and drinks! We also went on a scuba diving excursion booked through someone at the hotel and it was the best day of our trip!

Very Comfortable and welcoming team, the food was amazing diversity of restaurants, deffrent pools and animation team was very active, I would like to thank mr Mohamed Ghunaim who help me in the check out and Chebl who was very representative and helpful as well, would come again for sure

Definitely the location is very good and just in front of the beach there is an amazing coral reef where one can do an amazing snorkeling in the Red Sea
The food was not at all accordingly to a five star hotel. Looked like the a school canteen or cafeteria. I really regret booking the all-inclusive option. Even so, I went out to dinner twice in Naama Bay and ate much better. What I also didn’t like was the enormous amount of men groups from some Arab countries around Egypt whose main hobby was to take photos or videos with their mobile phones, of western women in their bikini by the pool. Hotels in that area should be more strict about it because it really causes discomfort to other hotel guests, especially women, and is unacceptable!!
