Great communication, upfront about all needed information and costs, checking in and out was super quick and easy. Staff made sure I knew all entry and exit information. Room was well equipped and really nice

Very tidy and walking distance from the City.
Plenty of space in the rooms.
Easy checkin/out.
Staff were very friendly.
Parking is not included and this wasn’t made clear in the booking process.
Instead we were told (upon checkin) their parking facilities were booked out (rather than being reserved for guests) and to go park our car at the other hotel up the road.
When we tired to do this, the other hotel told us they reserve their parking for their guests (Which seems completely fair and expected to me)
We insisted had to park over a 2 km walk away and pay $96 for 1 night.
Beds were incredibly uncomfortable.
Showers were intermediate between hot and cold.
Other guests were very *loud* at night.
