Great staff and great communication through booking dot com. Immediate action when I gave feedback about the cleanliness of the room.
I have stayed a few times now as my daughter lives nearby. The rooms are never clean behind blinds and bedside tables are not moved. Skirtings also very dirty. I mentioned this and there was immediate action which I appreciated. the pillows were also terrible so I bought two from ikea which redeemed my stay. Rooms are so tired that I probably would not stay here if the location wasnt so convenient. Carpets are old and horrible. Request a deep clean on the room before you stay if that is important to you.
