I found the location to be good and close to what I needed, room was clean and bd was comfortable.
I like to room faced the street and the t was quite.

Super happy with the room. We love having access to a balcony for fresh air. The bed was firm and comfortable, and the kitchen facilities great. If we are ever back in the Richmond area we will use the Adara Hotel again. Great service too.
The hair dryer seemed like it was on it's last legs so I was afraid to use it. That's it.

Location close to hospital was excellent
Rooms are a bit old and shabby, need an update. Carpets need replacing as they were stained and shabby looking. Should have explained which card reader to use to access the front door after 5.00pm.
