If you want to be in Richmond it is perfect.
Housekeeping let it down. Room wasn’t ready when I turned up after 2 (check in time). Rubbish bins didn’t get emptied on day 2, face clothes weren’t replaced and small things like sugar wasn’t replaced even though it had run out. With facilities maintenance, the location of the safe hadn’t been thought through. It wouldn’t open fully because the bedside got in the way and the lock to the deck was falling off. All just little things but makes you question what else hasn’t been done.

Great location, very clean. Breakfast at the restaurant was amazing, all staff members very friendly and accommodating
Everything was brilliant , parking is limited to about 5 spaces! So make sure you book well ahead
