It was easy to access and we had all the information needed to join the place, get the keys and enjoy our stay.
The room was big enough for us three (me and my two kids).
I wasn't sure what to do with what was in the kitchen (croissant, tea?) was that included or not (i didn't ask neither so we didn't touch anything).
Had also a little issue with the AC (too cold) but couldn't change the temperature.
Once again, i didn't ask how it worked so it's all on me lol

Excellent location, cozy, nice vibes, good ac, good shower, host is responsive.
Second bed wasn't so comfortable. Sink drained very slowly. Note: only open the mini fridge from the side. If you open it from the top there is sharp metal that can cut the back of your fingers.

Property is in a decent location easily accessible from a vaporetto stop.
Unfortunately there were maintenance items that needed attention, taps were loose, strange message about not using the kettle because it was unsanitary? There were messages more or less asking us to clean the place or we would be charged more, threatened to charge us 20 euro if we left the AC or fridge on…. This is reasonable, but poorly delivered messaging. We didn’t touch any of the meagre breakfast roll and the coffee, the shared machine water chamber was literally green. Overall it needed more attention to details.
