Location!! Easy and simple too

The location was within walking distance of the train station and water bus. A great family run guesthouse, very helpful and extremely clean. We were greatful for fan as it was quite hot. There was tea, coffee, biscuits to help yourself to which was nice after a long days travelling. The place was full up and we didn’t have to wait once to use the bathroom. Lovely to be welcomed by their friendly dog.

Location was great. Reception was smooth and easy. Comfy beds and felt clean in the rooms. There’s also a dog!
Shared kitchen space felt a bit messy and shower could’ve been cleaner.
