The host gives lots of detailed information and recommendations for the area. The room and private bathroom were clean and cozy and I felt very safe. There were plenty of places to eat right outside and it was a good location to the water bus that goes to the airport. There was even the option to leave my bags after check-out while I explored more before my flight out.
It was very cold at night because the windows are not insullated well.

No breakfast
The confusion over the rooms caused a great deal of stress. We were awoken by a very loud and angry woman invading our room and yelling at us that it was hers. It took at least a half hour to settle things and I could no longer sleep that night.
