The staff and the location were great

Even though I arrived after 3pm which is after their check in time. They still greeted me in person and left me a note in the room just in case what to do. Room is very nice and has strong ac, so even if it's the summer it's very cool inside. Providing usb and type c plug so no need bring adapter. Had coffee machine and kettle and proving capsule and tea bags and milk and sugar. Bathroom has 2 in 1 shampoo shower gel and towels. Very nice.
Didn't really open the windows much because there was a lot of flies outside because it's just above a roof or smth. But I was using the AC anyways so that's fine. The walls may not be the best but they are clean.

Good place to stay in Venice, good location and clean room.
Charging €5 for storing your luggage and not replacing the water in the room seems a bit stingy and is unnecessary.

The room was clean and tidy and was easy access to get in and out of property, very clear instructions for us to get into to property even when we arrived after reception closed.
The main issue we had with the stay was Air conditioning, we had it running the whole day we were out on a fairly high setting and came back to a hot room. Same as leaving it running over night the room was still hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. We had our hand over the air conditioning vents and the air blowing into the room was not cold at all. Which was quite disappointing.
