Beautiful place in good location. Aircondition in place (nice in the hot summer months), kitchen and lovely helpful staff members.
Sadly only available during the summer months as a backpacker tourist as it's a student dorm.

shower room is not separated from bath room, I had to lock the whole bath room while taking shower

It’s a beautiful old building on the canal but the rooms are clean and modern with comfortable beds, good showers and air conditioning in the rooms. Staff were always very helpful. The kitchen provides basic shared goods like pasta and tea. Just a 20-25 minute walk to St Mark’s means the top attractions feel within reach but you’re in a more peaceful area of the city, with plenty of nice bars and bistrots on the doorstep.

Location is very good as well as cost compared to other options in the region
Very well equiped kitchen, convenient for cooking
Nice garden with tables to seat outside in a calm area
The room was quite noisy with people moving around all the time - expect that when booking a dorm
The fact that there is only one bathroom for 8 people is quite complicated specially in the evening/mornings
Checkout is super early (10am)
