I loved the staff. He was helpful and very friendly. The area was very good and close to everything. There was a delicious restaurant in front of our hotel that had the best pizza. I liked the room it was very cute.
We were told to not take long showers as the water travels downstairs. We were at the top floor and it had lots of stairs. This was tiring especially with lots of luggage.

Bathroom, though shared, is clean. The owner allowed me to keep my luggage for the whole day. The bathroom in the reception was clean.
Before reaching the property from St. Louis station, I called the property several times, but he did not pick up the phone. Before going to Venice, I messaged the property about direction, but he did not answer. I had a tough time locating the property. The owner allotted me a room on the 3rd floor. There was no elevator. It was tough to reach the room during check-in. The washing machine in the common area was not functioning. The heater was not working in the room or toilet. The utensils kept in the common area were not clean. The electric kettle was dirty. Very few cups or utensils were kept. The room charge was very high compared to the facilities provided or the ambience of the place.
