Great location; view from both room and terrace breathtaking. Very friendly and helpful staff. Access to kitchen and fridge very useful.

Location is excellent! 5-10 minutes to San Marco Piazza.
Not too noisy at night, at least not on our visit. Shared kitchen is very nice to have and there is a Coop market very near.
Terrace is accessible after some stairs in the shared lobby and is also very nice. We had a nice romantic candlelight evening with the wife up there š
Stairs to the terrace can feel a little small and cramped and difficult to ascend if you are not that agile. Streets leading to the appartment can be dirty and smelling bad.
Venezia itself is very romantic but even as tourists ourselves it felt like there were too many tourists when we visited in end of May.

Die Lage war gut das Bad auch
Die matratzen waren eine Zumutung, die an sich schƶne Terrasse ist mit kaputten Mƶbeln bestĆ¼ckt und ausgesprochen lieblos ausgestattet. Venedig ist halt teuer, aber fĆ¼r diesen Preis gibt es wahrlich besseres.
