The communication with the owners was excellent. We didn't end up needing it as our train was massively delayed, but they were happy to accommodate leaving our bags before and after the actual check in and check out times. They also recommended the restaurant that we went to which was lovely. There was alot of stairs up to the family suite in which we stayed, but this just gave us an amazing view from the mini balcony in the main room, as shown. 😍
The shower could have done with a non slip mat.

It is in a great location with all the attractions in walking distance. The host was very accomodating with our late arrival. It was clean and had a kettle for tea facilities and a ‘common room’ which had a fridge and microwave.
We stayed twice and didn’t have any issues the first time. The second time the room was clean but worn looking. There was no hot water in the bathroom and on messaging the host about the issue we did not receive any response.
