Our room was fairly large and very nice. Very close to the Rialto Bridge, shops, restaurants and the vaporetto stop.
Thomas, the manager, was very easy to reach through the app, and checked in with us a few times to see how things were for us.
There are quite a few steps to go up to get to the property, so large suitcases can be a challenge.

The location is perfect! The host is lovely and prompt at answering any questions via message. The host isn't present at the property but sends easy and detailed instructions on how to find the place etc. The bed was comfortable and clean and clean towels are provided along with shampoo sachets. Lovely well air conditioned communal space. There is 3 coded doors before getting to the rooms which but we didn't find this a problem at all, it made us feel safe.
There is stairs to get to the rooms so with heavy luggage I would recommend it is easier for younger people. It is more of an air b&b style place (you rent the room for the duration of your stay) so any amenities you need to provide yourself. The room isn't the cleanest but this didn't make the experience a bad one and for such a cheap accommodation I can't complain too much.

Very central location. Great amenities, the AC saves our lives. Comfortable bed, clean and spacious bathroom / shower space.

Good location. For a self-check in the process was quite easy but need to read beforehand to find property as not signposted.
No staff presence at all, self check in all done yourself. Bed very uncomfortable and strange layout with individual bedrooms arranged around a conjoined lobby. Narrow stairs if have lots of luggage.
