A good, clean option for spending 2–3 nights in Venice. The EXCELLENT feature—and the reason we chose it—is its location: just a few minutes' walk from Venice's most beautiful and major attractions. The place was clean; although breakfast is not served, two bottles of water are provided, along with a machine stocked with supplies for you to help yourself. The room includes a mini-fridge, a private en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning; everything necessary for a peaceful stay is provided. There was, however, a very unpleasant odor coming from the sewers—specifically from the shower drain and the sink—which caused the entire room and bathroom to smell like stagnant water. This appears to be a common issue in Venice and has nothing to do with the cleanliness of the property itself, but it is something worth keeping in mind.

Excellent instructions on how to get to property. Great communication. The were 2 things that I didn’t liked. One the room smelled like smoke and host informed that was cleaned. It was cleaned , but every time we came back it smell like smoke. Second I selected pay @ property and tgey send mexa link. Nobody was @ property. Just for people to be aware of this.
