Great location, safe, relatively clean and quiet.
Top floor with no lift but to be expected in Venice, be aware if bringing a lot of luggage. External private bathroom was clean but a nuisance to access in a shared apartment. No option to leave your luggage on the day of departure so had to spend money on a baggage locker.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was really needed. The provision of the water for both hot and cold outside the room was a nice extra

Bed was great, very comfortable. Room was what is expected for a budget friendly place to stay in Venice. Everything is nice and close. Room itself was a good size
The bathroom was not connected to the room and had no ventilation so you can imagine the discomfort in 30 degree weather trying to shower. No lift to help you up the stairs either (we were about 6 flights up)
