The staff there was very welcoming and helpful. The environment was good. The building was what you expect at this rate. The equipment was like that as well, not great but okay for the price you pay. The location is excellent, if you are there as tourists then that's the place you need to stay at. WiFi was very poor, that's the biggest and probably the only significant problem I faced.
The WiFi. And if you are too concerned about cleanliness and fully mould free, fresh place, then I think it's better to pay more elsewhere.

i like the location, very accessible to most important basic needs like supermarkets, stores, bus ticket going to other cities, bus to airport, i like my room, it feels home to me where i enjoy doing my usual chores and i feel relaxed. the hotel attendant was very polite and helpful. the place was very secured.
not much of things i didnt like. its value price they offer, fair enough for what i paid.

Location only
4th floor, no elevator, very narrow stairs, room was not good, owner refused to give me the AC remote control, was too hot and didn’t sleep
