Отличный отель, Я бы дала ему 10 звезд. Это образцовый отель на протяжении многих лет он остается на самом высоком уровне. Приветливый персонал. Все красиво, чисто. Номера превосходные. И очень вкусная еда и прекрасный ресторан. Жемчужина из всех отелей.Вы можете смело останавливаться в этом отеле и вас в нем прекрасно примут и вкусно накормят. Конечно чистейшее белье и отличный интернет.

Breakfast was good. The fitness area staff and cleaning staff deserve praise. I would like to give special mention to a receptionist named Ahmed (or Ahmet), who helped us solve problems when no one else spoke English.
The hotel often hosts large events (weddings, etc.), which causes parking problems for regular guests. The biggest problem is the lack of communication in English with the hotel reception. I understand that not all employees have to speak English, but when no one at the reception is able to communicate, it is practically impossible to get anything done. The situation was saved by a receptionist named Ahmed (or Ahmet?), who spoke English well and showed great class.

The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The shower had black mould around the sealant , which was unnecessary as could be easily replaced. The evening meal cashier was not friendly or welcoming, quite rude and dismissive.
