Very clean & comfortable
The gym could use better equipment. I wish the sauna was included in the price for guests given the pool is free.

מנקים את החדר כול יום
הזמנתי חדר ל 4 לילות ואחרי שהזמנתי ראיתי שהמחיר ירד ב 20 אחוז וזה היה מאכזב
המיקום של המלון קצת רחוק מהמרכז ונמצא על כביש ראשי אבל אם הולכים קצת ברגל יש רחובות נחמדים
בחדר גם שהמזגן היה סגור היה רעש מהפתח אוויר של המזגן וזה הפריע לישון
הבריכה היתה קרה לא יכלתי ליכנס
חסר במכון כושר עוד דברים כמו הליכון ומתקנים נוספים
צריך לשלם כדי ליקנס לסאונה במלונות אחרים שההיתי בהם זה היה חינם

We had a truly wonderful stay at Cruise Hotel and enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, the management and staff made us feel welcome, comfortable and well looked after.
A special thank you to the management team and all the staff for their kindness, professionalism and excellent service. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, and the whole stay was a pleasure.
Although Cruise Hotel is officially a 4-star hotel, in my eyes it deserves 5 stars. Thank you for making our time in Tbilisi so memorable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Georgia.

Quiet good hotel, but for next trip I prefer to choose another one.
The water in the shower wasn’t warm enough.
The room with 2 separate beds but I ordered with 1 double.
Breakfast wasn’t good and as for me was strange.
