Seguro y cerca de todo

Lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad de la habitación familiar del piso principal donde se ubica la recepción, es perfecta para familias con niños que desean algo de privacidad. Es un apartamento pequeño de dos habitaciones y 1 baño para describirlo de forma más precisa.

Quizás lo más difícil fue el traslado a ciertas horas y recibir comidas por aplicaciones ya que ciertamente está ubicado en una zona exclusiva y el trafico se pone pesado a ciertas horas. Sería idea que ofrecieran mas opciones de comida o productos en las instalaciones del hotel.

Excellent site, staff and breakfast,

First off local breakfast was amazing. They cleaned the room daily. The room had a seating area, two extra beds (one futon), a porch overlooking a green belt and friendly staff. I chose the location based on local breakfast and I extended my stay by 3 days.

Bed was harder than I prefer.

Exceptional

The room was much larger than expected, it was more like an apartment with a sitting area, dining area, kitchenette and two small bedrooms with doors. Not sure if this was an upgrade or if the room description was just lacking this description. The breakfast was also lovely, like a European style desayuno tipico set in nature on the backside of the property with a very natural background, making us forget we were in the city.

The location was a bit far away from stores and restaurants and in a gated-community. However, both Ubers we called, were able to find us quickly and efficiently.

Disappointing

The location was central.

My reservation said breakfast was included but when I got there, they informed me that no breakfast was offered. I was put in a room all the way at the bottom of a few flights of stairs (no elevator) which made it hard to carry my luggage up and down. Finally, the room was extremely humid, dingy, and old. Maybe the rooms in the upper floors are better.

Nice hotel close to Oakland mall!

Lovely appartment, large room with even a little kitchen. Nice hot pressure showers. Enjoyed my stay!

Great stay! Good breakfast and wonderful staff

The location was in a secured area. The room itself was quite large with a sitting area and dinning area. There was natural light coming from the ceiling which made it bright without the use of light bulbs. Also, the property had hot water which was important to me.Breakfast was also free. I like the fact that they called me to remind me the times for breakfast.

Nothing much except that the property had stairs and I was put in the 4th floor. I had ankle surgery so it was my fault that I didn’t notify them to put me on the lower level with no stairs. But the staff helped carry my luggage up the stairs to my room so I was happy.

Perfect for a quite stay in Guatemala City

The very safe location in a secured and very quite area. You can obly hear the sound of the nature. The breakfast was eeady made for you. Comfortable beds and warm water shower. Check-in/out very quick. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind.

I checked in after midnight as my flight was delayed and had to ring the door bell 3x until someone opened.

Quiet location, helpful staff, good breakfast. It’s a safe area.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We could hear every word the neighbours said.

5th floor is the best room. You have a rooftop. Internet was good between 4 pm and 9 am

Great place to stay for 2 days when we were in Guatemala City

We liked the fact that the rooms were like entire apartments, and breakfast was included and even delivered to the room upon request. The hotel is inside a gated community, so it is a very safe location. We loved how the hotel is built like you discover something new each time you explore it. And it is pet friendly as well , we were traveling with our dog.

The property is a bit far from the nearest stores, so you need to take a taxi or drive to get to shopping, but it is only 5 minutes away by taxi from the Oakland Mall. The only other thing was the parking garage is not accessible to our car because the ramp to get into the garage was too steep and scraped the bottom of the car when we tried going down it, so we ended up parking on the street. This is not a big issue, because the whole neighborhood is inside a gated community, so street parking is safe.

I liked the peace and quiet. The hotel in general was very decent and the people working there were extremely helpful and that made me like the it more. Very kind and truly caring!

I didn’t love the room/apartment it was kind of stuffy snd the bed was very small. Also because the hotel is surrounded by trees there were so many mosquitoes. The neighbourhood is safe on the one hand, but on the other we felt a bit excluded from the reality of the city.

Great value in a very quiet area. Special mention for the personnel, really helpful and nice. They made my experience particularly positive. My room was extremely spacious, with a fully equipped kitchenette.

No water filter in the room, not the best wifi, at least during my stay.

Best gluten-free and vegan breakfast options made to order and delivered to your room if desired. Good for long term stays.

It's true the sink only has cold water and it's in a gated community so add 10-15 minutes to your travel time.

The place exceeded my expectations. The suite was extra big and with all commodities needed. Breakfast was great.
