Situated in Iowa, this charming villa for $125 per night is a great option for your next break. Our Poplar Ridge home is approximately 7 miles or 15 minutes to Downtown Galena. Over 300 5* Reviews! This home is NOT pet friendly. Welcome to our Beautiful Poplar Ridge Golf Course Condo with Scenic Views of the Eagle Ridge East Golf Course 9th hole green and water hazard from our back deck! This immaculate two level condo features a primary ensuite with a King size bed in the upper level with a soaking tub. Please note when you enter through the front door from the parking lot there is only one step but once inside you do need to either go down or up stairs, similar to a split level home. When you head to down to the living room you will find a bright and airy room featuring an electric fireplace, flat screen tv, dining room, kitchen, laundry room (full size washer and dryer for your use) and a full bathroom. Upstairs you will have a large bedroom with a King size bed and en suite bathroom. The lofted area is a great spot to do some quick work on your laptop or journal your time in Galena. Our home will also provide you a propane grill, fully equipped kitchen including regular coffee maker and super FAST WiFi. Step out onto the back deck and enjoy the gas grill, seating and an amazing golf course view! This Galena vacation rental home is absolutely stunning - it is perfectly located within the core of the Galena Territory and beautifully maintained. Enjoy your stay! As our guest you will have access to the GTA Owners Club. The indoor pool is open year-round and the outdoor pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day (sometimes longer). The club is an exclusive amenity that can be used by only Galena Territory property owners and their guests. The Owners' Club includes an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool w/slides, a kiddie pool, fitness room, game room, indoor/outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts, seasonal snack bar, free WiFi, and outdoor playground. Don’t forget to visit Lake Galena, The Shenandoah Riding Center and hiking trails throughout the 6,800-acre property. Disclaimer: You may not have enough cards for your entire group. Guest passes can be purchased for just $5 a day at the GTA admin office or pool entrance, staying with us grants you access, it may not be free. Please remember usage of the amenities is NEVER guaranteed. We do not discount or refund due their closure. When you book a home with us we will require 30% down, this is a payment not a deposit. The full balance is due 14 days prior to check in. If you cancel prior to the 14 days you will receive the first payment less a $35 cancellation fee. At the 14 day mark your stay will become non-refundable and dates cannot be adjusted. Please NOTE: You will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement at the time of booking, we ask this be signed and filed within 48 hours of receiving to guarantee your reservation. You must be 25 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. Your payments will automatically be processed to the card you place on file at the time of booking. Your rental agreement (sent after booking) will reflect the due dates and amounts. Our cancellation policy is NOT flexible, we highly recommend travel insurance. Travel insurance is offered at the time of booking and up until 15 days prior to check in. The provider is CSA. **Check in details are sent 3 days prior to your arrival to the email on file. This includes the address, access code and other pertinent home/area information. Early check in is never guaranteed and cannot be considered until the night before or morning of your arrival. The check in details will cover this process.

We have stayed at this unit several times. It is always spotless and in good working order. We liked the new electric fireplace. It is so much easier to flick a switch and enjoy the glow without all the hassle and mess of bringing in wood and starting a fire. We will be back in the future.

Spotlessly clean, convenient to Galena, facing a peaceful and expansive green in the rear; with lovely amenities that included the Spa at the end of the road in one direction, a very nice restaurant across the road, and the lovely family oriented Owners’s club up the road in the other direction. Galena is a magical step back in time with wonderful shops and lots of “Ghost tours”. We’ll come back.

Loved this townhouse!!! Bed was super comfortable. I loved the huge whirlpool tub!!! Sat outside on the deck and enjoyed watching the golfers. Pond outback as well so pretty. Walking paths galore. Very sunny unit!!! The deck in the afternoon is super hot no shade but once the sun starts setting it perfect. Nice updated townhouse.

We loved the beautiful outdoor patio directly on the golf course with views of the pond. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee. The condo is updated, clean and well equipped. We found nothing lacking. Unfortunately, I found the bed very uncomfortable. The mattress was way to hard for my comfort. I’d definitely recommend this condo but may look elsewhere myself due to the mattress.

The good is the quality of the property and it's cleaning.
The bad was the use of the TV. There were 3 remotes for the ROKU, the LG TV, and the SONY -?. Powering on the ROKU led to nothing but a blurry screen. Powering on the LG remote at least gave me some type of choice. I was able to see ABC-streaming. I stayed with that chanell the whole vacation. OK but anoying.

The property was very clean. There was an ant problem in the upstairs bathroom. There was an ant trap in the lower level. Not clear parking spaces. Neighbor was very assertive about making it clear where we were to park which wasn't infront of our property. He also decided to knock aggressively at our front door late at night while intoxicated. After contacting the manager she told us to call security which we did. Security came and spoke to the neighbor. It caused me great anxiety not knowing if he would return. We had such an amazing time in Galena and enjoyed using the amenities at the Galena Territories up to that point on our last evening. It would be nice to receive the last night's rental charges dropped.

My husband had a business trip and my daughter and I tagged along. We had the best time shopping downtown. There are lots of nice shops and restaurants. The drive into town from this property is breathtaking.. The house is very nice and the view of the golf course is amazing. My only regret is that my son couldn’t be with us, he would have loved to play a game on this course.

Easy to make reservations. Rental code provided and entry was easy. Unit was as described. Caution: no soap or shampoo was provided. Bring your own. The grill was not cleaned and needed cleaning prior to use. I purchased a $1 scrubber at Walmart in town, but took it with me to use on our next rental. A lower priced unit compared to others so condition wasn't perfect. Clean kitchen but the baths needed a little more work. Bed wasn't uncomfortable but the sheets were not cotton. This rental is middle of the road for us. We've definitely had worse and definitely had better. Price and location sold us.

This last minute booking was smooth and without any issues. The keyless pad on door worked well and always got us right into unit. The place was as described, clean and comfortable. The electric fireplace was a cozy touch when watching TV. The bed was comfortable and shower had great water pressure. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and gadgets and items were very clean. The 15 minutes to town was easy and we loved the quiet and beauty surrounding us. I would rent again!

This is our favorite unit to rent when we come to Galena for a weekend getaway and we finally got to come during the living windows/luminaries event in town. The property is always immaculate and the kitchen is well stocked with basic amenities such as pots/pans, silverware, glassware, and plates/bowls. The fridge is huge so no worries about sufficient space for food. Reminder, bring your own coffee and sugar. Can’t wait to come back in the summertime.
