Advantages:
- price: amenities = good
- relatively calmer area
- coffee house right beside
- 10-15 min walk to all major attractions
- WiFi is pretty neat : 50-60 Mpbs
- Has AC and everyday room cleaning service
- on site drinking water is available every floor, though doesn’t feel like natural drinking water.
Disadvantages
- it’s on a hill, so if you are not up for it, not a good location.
- the water pressure in shower is so low and takes forever if you want to wash your hair (if you have long hair) and there is no hat water
- pretty old property (but value for money is there)

Does what it says on the tin - this place is great value and very livable. Staff super friendly and the room was clean. Good locations, easy to walk into town and everything you want to get to. Free water dispenser provided and always someone on reception.
The beds aren't the most comfortable, same with the pillows. We booked two rooms and one of them was definitely better. One of the lights didn't work in the bathroom and there was no hot water.
Also, I put the do not disturb sign on our room and the maids came in every day...

The location was good.
It was not enough soap and the toilet paper was very rough. The cleaning was very poor.
