An oasis of peace and quiet with great taste for interior and exterior design. Very friendly personnel. Delicious food from local sources with a farm on site. Comfortable rooms and amenities.

What a delightful stay - from the wonderful room to the spacious grounds and the enjoyment of visiting the on-site farm. The breakfast was one of the best - with ingredients grown right on the property.

Beautiful property worth exploring.
The double doors to the rooms are a terrible idea. Only one side opens, the other side is bolted shut which "can" be opened but takes too much effort. So if you have a backpack, you need to "squeeze through" every time.
The showers are only rainfall style which I personally dislike as it's difficult to shower without also washing your hair. Most hotels would offer an angled shower head along with the rainfall style.
Location is FAR from everything. So we ended up eating dinner at the hotel every night which is expensive although decent food. However, the first restaurant we had a reservation but were sat in an overflow area with not enough servers. Furthermore, the waiter made a mistake with our order and refused to fix it until I called for a manager who promptly did. Not what one expects when paying for a high end dinner.
