La habitaciones eran acogedoras y cómodas. El personal muy atento y amable. La cercanía del Monasterio de Piedra. Parquing en las instalaciones.

The people in the hotel were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was decent, and the hotel restaurant had a decent menu (comparable for the area).
They installed the toilet paper in our room incorrectly, so we literally couldn't get any toilet paper. We had to ask 3 separate times before they properly fixed it. I get that things happen, but to literally not have toilet paper (after being told it's been fixed TWICE) is wild.

El desayuno fue abundante y estaba todo basten rico.
Se supone que es un Hotel restaurante, preguntamos para cenar y todo eran largas, daba la sensación que no querían que cenáramos allí, respuestas frías, al final nos fuimos a otro sitio. La piscina estaba el agua un poco sucia, las hamacas muchas rotas o en mal estado. Las camas un poco incómodas.
