La falta de una cafetera en la habitación. Si quieres tomar un café tienes que salir del hotel, puesto que la cafetería estaba cerrada.

Hotel bien situado. Impecablemente limpio, habitaciones cuidadas. Buen desayuno, restaurante de calidad. En general, todo cuidado, poniendo atención en cada detalle. Muy difícil ponerle algún pero.

Realmente no hay nada que desmejorara el buen nivel general.

El hotel es una caña, es muy moderno, esta en todo el centro, es cómodo.

Es un pelín caro de más pero merece la pena

La ubización es magnifica, la habitacion espaciosa, el baño cómodo, buena insonorización. El personal tuvo un trato amable y muy cuidado en todo momento.

Finding the property via Google Maps is a little tricky if you are a non-European tourist driving in (honestly that’s the only down side that the small streets of the city are intimidating for Australians to drive haha)

The staff were amazing ! So helpful with our arrival and directions to the car park. The rooms were faultless. The best ever bathroom ! Excellent location, right in the centre and very safe and easy to potter around this delightful old town. Don't be put off by the lift car park. It is plenty wide enough for a large Chrysler Voyager Grand and although a bit tight, not an issue negotiating a space, it would be quite ample for an average family sized car. Regarding directions, just get to the Hotel and they will help you with luggage before you take the car round to the garage lift, very close by.

This was a magnificent hotel . Beautiful room and comfy bed . Location was the best and parking was easy to use ( lifting system ) Get to hotel and park and they will tell you how to get to parking around corner . Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the best we’ve had while travelling in Spain - delicious

Would have loved to have stayed another night as had plenty we wanted to do BUT booked elsewhere 😩

We felt really comfortable and spoilt. The bed was extraordinary, the gym was fantastic.

Very nice Hotel right in the Center of Town.The Staff was very friendly,breakfast was very good and the Room's are amazing.Big TV,A/C,mini Frige,a Desk,Safe etc. I felt very comftable there and will defenatliy go back.

The Parking is not so good,we had to park our Spriter on the otherside of Town.Because the underground parking is only for Cars

Great hotel, modern on the inside but tradional on the outside. In a great location, nice place to spend a few day. Large room and shower. Nice staff

Driving through the narrow streets to get to the parking. But using the car lift was a nice novelty.

The hotel and staff were excellent, food was excellent. I thought for a 4* hotel there could be tea and coffee facilities in the room. A suggestion- when you’ve travelled a long distance it would be nice.

This place feels special. A wonderful blend of contemporary design and ancient architecture. A palace in a beautiful, friendly city full of warm people and great food. Secure car parking taking an elevator three floor’s underground. Room feels more like a 5 star hotel

The tv was difficult to operate. Terribly unfunctional remote.
