I arrived very late due to my flight being scheduled at a late hour and being late on top of that. I had announced my late hour when I booked, and someone was there, available. The staff was very friendly even at that late hour. Later during my stay all the people I interacted with - at the reception, the ladies cleaning the room (due to my late arrival, I slept in late into the cleaning time) and the people in the restaurant when I went for breakfast - were friendly and welcoming.
I only had breakfast at the facility, but what I had was delicious.
The room was OK - the hotel said it was rated 4*, I would not call that fully accurate. If you are expecting luxurious settings, this is not the hotel for you. But the price was fair for what I got, I have no complaints on cleanliness or some such, and I only needed a place to sleep - this checked the boxes.
For a hotel that is basically on its own on its side of the street, it was shockingly hard to find. When I set my GPS destination as Hotel Imperium I received multiple results, all on the street I knew it was on and the first one I tried dropped me off at a hotel much further off (luckily over there the staff was also kind enough to guide me). I then set my GPS destination to the second option and that worked. I am sure that my tiredness after a long day of travel and it being past midnight did not help, but having the same hotel on the GPS with multiple locations is not ideal for someone not knowing the area.

All ok except bathroom needs refurbishing,we could hear the elevator engines all night ,but for two nights and for the money that we pay was ok.
