Staff was exceptional. Great location with a lovely view. Breakfast was a full Scottish and enjoyable.
Was a little bit noisy. You can hear other room doors opening and closing, as well as guest over head on 2nd floor.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and quiet
The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It is also very small for 2 people and the mattress of the sofa bed was super thin, terrible.
