Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas cómodas. El desayuno es simple, pero por el precio que pagas es suficiente (café/infusión, pan con mantequilla o mermelada y huevo frito).
El chico de la recepción es majo y atento, pero muy poco hablador.
La ubicación es buena ya que estás a 10 minutos de la Plaza de Armas y muy cerca de Wanchaq.
La puerta del hotel está cerrada y a veces tienes que esperar a que venga alguien a abrirte.
Si te toca una habitación que da a la calle principal necesitas tapones para la cantidad de ruido que hay.

Que no tiene la opción para pagar desde Booking ni Izipay ... acostumbro a usar tarjeta virtual / pagos por intermedio de link virtuales y eso me generó problemas con el hotel.
Espero soliciten a hoteles en Perú resuelvan y migren a poder pagar ya desde Booking mismo con la tarjeta que uno tiene asociada.
Solo eso ... el resto impecable.

NO ESTA MUY BIEN UBICADO, ADEMAS SE DEMORAN EN ABRIR LA PUERTA NO FUNCIONAN LOS TIMBRES
