The Breakfast was great. The room service was not great towels not changed and rubbish not taken out and finger pointing each other when asked why kit wasn’t cleaned.
Should have apologised let the supervisor know it was great over all except the cleaning off rooms .

Was there for the beach music festival. Got upgraded to a front room view of the beach. Appreciated.
Free airport transfer both ways was smooth.
Quit, clean, spacious. Good shower and bed
The front door sensor on exit doesn't always work. I got pinched once and I saw an elderly woman fall over. So there's also no safety release.

Our room was very new and tidy. We suspect we were the first to stay in it! Great bed. Beautiful bathroom. Friendly staff. Airport pick-up and drop-off were seamless.
It was undergoing renovations so a bit noisy. We were sad the pools were closed, but this place will be amazing when it’s finished!

Room only, without breakfast.
No pool access. Kitchen too small for an apartment & limited basic facilities. Rooms overlooking the carpark, unpleasant view & noise pollution from the genset & party venue.
