Good breakfast and friendly staff

The breakfast was surprisingly good. Good location, but you need to park your car 200 m away, as the hotel is situated in a narrow street in the old part of town. Our room was not too spacious and everything is a bit outdated, but it's ok for a 1-2 nights stay. The pool is tiny, located in the back of the hotel. There are a few bars & restaurants within walking distance.

The need to park away from the hotel wasn't great, but not a drama either.

Relaxing stay in the heart of Artà

Very good and complete breakfas. Nice and quiet location in the heart of Artà, with a refreshing patio.

Disappointing- poor value for money

great location, room spacious and clean, excellent breakfast

no one there to check us in, very impersonal, keys in a lock box, no drinking water available, no tea/coffee facilities. would have been better advertised as Airbnb. poor communication as no information provided prior to arrival about how to check in - we had to telephone from the locked front door and only then did we get sent instructions. also multiple automated payment emails in days prior to our stay which was annoying.

The hotel is not manned and was all locked up upon our arrival. We had great difficulty getting hold of anyone for some considerable time and waited Outside in high temperatures for 1,5 hours before being contacted to advise how to obtain key.

Very much alone, terrible weather . I locked the hotel when I left and opened it when I returned.

There is not a lot I want to say about Padrina,The staff (When they were there) Carmen and Else were extremely friendly.. and helpful. I speak Spanish, otherwise there would have been no communication. Either Carmen or Ilse arrived every morninfg for about two hours to clean and provide a very good breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was completely empty. I only saw the other guest once (briefly)during her stay. She was amazed that I had received no instructions in respect of keys etc. as she had full details before arriving. ( I have since checked ..nothing has come. It was a pure coincidence that she was leaving as I arived..otherwise I would have had to find another hotel for the night or possibly the week, because the hotel reception was obviously closed and I could not ge anybody on the phone. I spent a week very much alone in this hotel..I thought the owner would contact me..but he never showed up. Frankly it was completely irresponsible to have let me come without an explanation of the situation. He contacted me per telephone the day before I left and that was the last I heard or saw of him. I was told me he was Visiting in the NORTH of Spain and was not in Arta. In retrospect I was right.. I told Booking com that I suspected that the hotel was empty and he basically would have preferred me not to come. NEVER AGAIN

Beautiful townhouse with nice patio incl pool and lemon tree. Great lovely stuff and excellent breakfast. Perfectly located in the heart of Artá but in a quiet street. Very clean, great sun terrace.

You could hear a lot from the neighbours room so we were afraid disturbing them as we travelled with a baby. The mattresses are very soft, but this depends on everyones taste. It was indicated that there was a washing machine, but there wasn‘t any.

Excellent value stylish hostal in a great location

Breakfast was amazing and the decor was very stylish. Staff were friendly and the location was great. It was extremely good value too.

The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the room was a bit cold the heater didn’t really work. The shower was hopeless.

Breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. Location is good. Communication with the owner, checking in and out went smoothly.

There were a number of things which made it feel like not enough care was given to make the room in perfect condition for visitors. Examples: the shower only provided a small jet of water, I think the shower head needs to be decalcified. On one night the hot water ran out. The faucet of the sink was a bit loose. There was no hand soap but a bottle of shower gel for washing hands after toilet. Whereas these could be considered minor inconveniences, I expect more of a hotel.

Arta is a lovely little village to visit. we enjoyed the breakfast.

The breakfast and the lovely lady Carmen serving the breakfast were fabulous. It was lovely that we could have our pet there. Arta is a great town to visit

We struggled to find our room number as it had not been marked and on trying to call the owner they would not pick up the phone. the bed was uncomfortable and you could not sit on the end to put your shoes on or else the bed would collapse. there is absolutely no kettle to make an evening tea, let alone a tea/ coffee station at all.

Fernando's hideaway! Tres confortable sans etre excessif. But luxury breakfast, Nefflix and You tube available on TV.. Absence of fussy detail. Convenient situation in a very nice town.

A place that remind in memory forever

Quite place near center. Great views from different spaces. Comfortable & with a lo of Taste. The breakfast of great, great quality, the women in charge for it unbelievable skilled and naturally friendly .

The location is perfect, the facilities are new, the house is cosy and Sandra perfect!

Everything was perfect. The facilities, but the must amazing was Sandra. She made our stay great with her smile, availability and care. The breakfast outstanding. Thanks
