Very clean and comfortable. Great location for where we needed to be.
One side of the room had a giant construction zone next to it and the other was an early Sunday morning soccer pitch. But neither would stop me from coming back.

Buffet dinner at the attached restaurant/hotel was superb and close to the best we have experienced.
the hot water in the shower was hard to regulate and a tea towel and box of tissues would have been beneficial.

Bed was comfortable. Shower had ok pressure but a little troublesome to get the right temperature. Food at restaurant (all you can eat buffet) was good, almost everything I tried was lovely.
Even though every room states no smoking allowed and there are signs posted our room smelled VERY strongly of cigarette smoke.

Good bed friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Handy to Spirit Of Tasmania port
Dirty entrance door. Scruffy surrounds. Tiny room. Barest minimum of extras. . At $268 per night it is EXORBITANT. It is not a 4 or 5 star hotel. It’s just a tarted up motel in unattractive urban location. Smorgasbord was just pub food
