Location was good.
Information provided on how to access room/property was good.
I had to phone twice and staff were good each time.
Cleanliness needed improving!
Both the door to the room and to the bathroom had marks around the handles and doors. The bathroom one, even looked like it had makeup marks on it and obviously had not been cleaned, including door handle on room door!
I realise it would be in the t&c's but the fact that a 'bond' was required is understandable considering the site but should've been made clearer! We went for price and had I known, I would not have chosen this option. Should be made more obvious!

Location, styling, facilities - everything!
The coffee cups in my room were dirty all 3 of them. Assuming they just got missed in the last clean

Allocated car park was taken by someone else’s vehicle on both nights of our visit
