Very nice hotel with a gorgeous garden. Our room was spacious and very clean. Shops, activities and the town are very close by. Staff extremely nice and helpful. We would highly recommend!

Location and view on vulcano
The issue with the wc. It was blocked easily even without throwing the toilet paper on it

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, though overall it felt quite average.
The volcano views are truly stunning and exactly as shown in the photos. Beyond the views, what stood out from our stay was Tania at reception! She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, offering great local recommendations that really improved our visit to La Fortuna.
There was no bedside lamp, and the main light was very bright and clinical. We stayed on the ground floor and could clearly hear footsteps and movement from the room above due to thin ceiling
