The place was beautifully decorated and the gardens gorgeous. It was such a great location too. With a soda directly across the street and a restaurant that you could soak in thermal pools next door. Loads of breakfast spots within walking distance too though uber made everything cheap and efficient too. Allowing us to spend our money on more fun things. The pool was fantastic too. Then you have the staff that were just so accommodating and happy to help. Plus if you like cats as much as my kids you will love the two resident cats. And armadillos and capybara running around too!
We really had no complaints I can even try and think of.

The pool Location with hot tub were amazing you are surrounded by a tropical oasis. The staff at the from desk are truly some of the best I have ever encountered. Every Question I had was answered every need , from taxis to recommendations were accommodated the place and staff were truly amazing.
I have noting bad to say about this place.
